When it came to establishing an asking price, and later an adjusted price (you were right!), you always listened to our thoughts. In our discussions we quickly came to realize that you knew your market and the real estate of our area. You went above and beyond in many ways (i.e. obtaining a professional photographer to take pictures of the house, posting a virtual tour of the house online, and… even posting it in the newspaper). You were accommodating with all of our schedule changes because of our dogs, and we must say – if our little pixie likes you then we know we chose the right person for the job! You were very thorough in explaining what each document meant before we signed, you communicated frequently and effectively, and we were never “left in the dark” at any time. You were proactive- by following up with realtors who showed the house, asking for feedback, and in coming up with ideas on how to get people in the door. Once we had definite buyers for our house it seemed as though it was “smooth sailing” from there. It is no exaggeration that selling a home is a stressful endeavor.
