Since 1989, I’ve guided thousands of central Maryland buyers and sellers through the sometimes overwhelming process of home buying and selling. I make myself as available as possible via email, text, Facebook messages, phone calls, or personal meetings. Whatever you need! You will always deal directly with me, not an assistant or a less-experienced team member. I will be there for every aspect of the transaction and guide you through it step by step. When listing a home, I assist the seller with ideas on staging and preparing the property to show. I advise them in detail on a pricing strategy to get the highest and best possible sales price. I’m constantly in touch with my seller, providing showing feedback, suggestions for future showings, and helpful tips along the way. I provide all the signage, professional photos, and virtual tours, advertisements and whatever is needed to bring qualified buyers to the property. When offers are received, I use my vast experience to negotiate the best contract, then guide the seller through each and every aspect of the transaction until we reach the settlement table.
When working with buyer, I first calculate the buyer’s needs and requirements to personalize the home-buying process to fit each buyer. First-time home buyers require a different process than buyers who have purchased homes previously.
